WinPH2 Terms and Conditions for Filipino Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the WinPH2 website at winph2.best (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users, including registered members, visitors, and any person who browses the Platform without an account.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and WinPH2 ("WinPH2," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately. Continued use of WinPH2 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

WinPH2 also operates under a separate Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with us. Please read them as well before you begin playing.

2. Eligibility

WinPH2 is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. WinPH2 takes a firm position on underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account where age cannot be confirmed.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming through WinPH2 is lawfully permitted.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of another individual.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or affiliate of WinPH2 or any of its related companies. Immediate family members of such persons are also excluded.
• You are not under any self-exclusion order issued by WinPH2 or any gaming regulator that covers this Platform.

WinPH2 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. If it is determined that an ineligible person has been using the Platform — including anyone under 18 — all funds in the account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed. No exceptions will be made regardless of the amount involved.

3. Account Registration

To access the full WinPH2 platform, including all betting products, casino games, and financial features, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• You will not impersonate another person or provide false details to obtain access. WinPH2 conducts identity verification checks, and discrepancies between account information and verification documents will result in account restrictions.
• One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Duplicate accounts — whether intentional or not — are subject to immediate suspension. If you accidentally create a second account, contact support immediately. All balances associated with duplicate accounts will be voided.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. WinPH2 will not be held liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account details.
• You must notify WinPH2 immediately at support@winph2.best if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

WinPH2 may require document verification before processing a withdrawal or when there is a reason to verify account information. Accepted documents typically include a government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, or UMID) and a recent proof of address. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on WinPH2 are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). The Platform supports the following deposit methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page for a specific method.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. WinPH2 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits from accounts belonging to another person will be returned (minus any processing fees incurred) and may trigger an account review.
• WinPH2 does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Check with your e-wallet or bank before depositing.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately at support@winph2.best if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

4.2 Currency and Exchange

WinPH2 operates entirely in Philippine pesos. There are no currency conversion requirements for Filipino players using local payment methods. Any conversion applied by your payment provider is outside WinPH2's control and responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

WinPH2 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all WinPH2 bonuses:

• Wagering requirements apply. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Sharing, transferring, or selling bonus credits to another player or account is strictly prohibited.
• WinPH2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, system error, or fraud.
• Bonus funds claimed using false or duplicate account information will be forfeited without refund, including any winnings generated from those funds.
• In the event of any ambiguity between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term will take precedence for that particular offer.
• WinPH2's decisions on bonus eligibility, wagering calculations, and promotional disputes are final and binding.

6. Placing Bets and Using WinPH2 Services

When you place a bet, purchase bingo cards, join a poker table, or participate in any other WinPH2 game, the following conditions apply:

• All bets are final once accepted and confirmed by the WinPH2 system. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed after placement unless the game or event has been cancelled by WinPH2 due to technical failure or other qualifying circumstances.
• WinPH2 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest pricing error, system malfunction, or corrupted data feed. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake sizes apply per game type and market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. WinPH2 may adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• Results are determined by the WinPH2 system or by verified live data feeds. In the event of a dispute, WinPH2's recorded outcome will be treated as the official result.
• WinPH2 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, market, or odds. Scheduled events may be postponed, suspended, or cancelled without advance notice.

7. Withdrawals

WinPH2 processes withdrawal requests for verified accounts through the player's registered payment method. The following conditions govern all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
• WinPH2 may request additional identity verification before releasing a withdrawal if the account has not been previously verified, if the withdrawal amount is above a certain threshold, or if there is any reason to conduct an account review.
• Any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited. The remaining real-money balance will be processed normally.
• WinPH2 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, terms violation, or regulatory inquiry relating to the account.

8. Responsible Gaming

WinPH2 takes responsible gaming seriously. Online betting and gaming are forms of entertainment, not ways to earn money or solve financial problems. We provide the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session time reminders: Receive alerts after playing for a pre-set period.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your access for a chosen duration.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on WinPH2. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical aid to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit any game mechanic.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker, Tongits, or any multiplayer format.
• Exploiting bonus offers through systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without meaningful exposure to loss ("bonus abuse").
• Using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial activity that violates Philippine law through the WinPH2 platform.
• Accessing WinPH2 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law, using a VPN, proxy, or other masking technology.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing a self-exclusion or account ban.
• Engaging in harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour toward WinPH2 staff or other players through any communication channel.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the WinPH2 platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, text, layout, software, code, and branding — is owned by or licensed to WinPH2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any WinPH2 content without prior written permission. Your account grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

WinPH2 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime, speed, and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform or any specific game. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• WinPH2 is not liable for any loss of profits, winnings, or opportunities resulting from platform downtime, delayed bet acceptance, data feed errors, or technical malfunctions.
• WinPH2 is not liable for loss caused by your failure to secure your account credentials.
• WinPH2 is not liable for loss resulting from your breach of these Terms.
• WinPH2's total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the balance held in your account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits WinPH2's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence under applicable Philippine law.

12. Privacy

WinPH2 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for a WinPH2 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy. WinPH2 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and related regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission.

13. Account Suspension and Closure

WinPH2 may suspend or close an account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or underage gambling.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time frame following a request.
• At the player's request for self-exclusion or voluntary closure.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement mandating account restriction.
• Prolonged account inactivity (see inactive account provisions below).

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, WinPH2 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. If the closure is initiated by you or by WinPH2 for non-fault reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you through your registered payment method within a reasonable period following identity verification.

Inactive accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. WinPH2 will notify you before applying any dormancy charge. A monthly administrative fee may be deducted from the account balance while it remains inactive. Balances that fall to zero will result in account closure.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of WinPH2 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. WinPH2 is licensed and regulated by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).

15. Amendments to These Terms

WinPH2 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to the address on their account and/or by placing a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of WinPH2 after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change, you should stop using the Platform and request account closure before the change takes effect.
